Shipping policy
Check the banner at the top of the website (the bar above the navigation on each page of the site) for our current processing/turnaround time. You can also check out our Processing Times page.
All processing time estimates are listed in BUSINESS DAYS. Business Days are Monday - Friday and exclude weekends and postal holidays.
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible - and most ship before our posted lead time estimates - but please be mindful that we are a small (2- person) business selling handmade items. Order processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume such as holidays or following new product or collection launches.
You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way to you. Please allow approx. 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's website.
Shipping Carriers
While we make every effort to use the customer's selected shipping method, we reserve the right to select or change the shipping carrier at our discretion to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery. In certain circumstances we may switch carriers based on factors such as delivery speed, shipment value, service reliability, or regional availability of certain shipping methods or carriers. Unless explicitly communicated, carrier changes will not impact shipping costs paid by customer at checkout.
