This Is Just To Say was originally released with the 2015 Winter collection, inspired by 20th century American poetry

FIRST TIME Legacy offering. I have not been able to produce a batch of this one in over five years! Due to component availability this batch is a slight reformulation of the original release, but is very close to the original formula.

Cake flour, cocoa, osmanthus, plum & apricot jam, tonka bean, dried fruits, tangled vines

A fruity-forward gourmand with a woody dark chocolate finish. Not as sugary or chocolate-forward as the notes may suggest; this is primarily jammy dried stone fruits and a soft, earthy sweetness.
